The Wong-Thomas Wedding
Created these mammoth cakes for the wedding of my lovely friends Katharine and Paul.
Bottom layer rich chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache centre, chocolate icing and covered in more chocolate fancies.
Middle layer lemon drizzle cake, with 3 layers of sponge, lemon icing centre, lemon butter topping and fresh fruit decoration
And top layer, Paul's favourite as special request, coffee and walnut cake with 4 layers of sponge soaked in coffee syrup with coffee butter icing.
